Meet Darrell and Rigo,Darrell Gibs began his career in the truck washing industry in the early 1990s, gaining valuable experience with mobile truck wash operations. Over the years, he developed his expertise in pressure washing, eventually taking on leadership roles and becoming an integral part of the industry. In 2021, Darrell joined Fleet Clean as the Director of New Operations, where he successfully ran the M2O program, showcasing his exceptional operational management skills. His dedication and leadership were recognized in 2024 when he was promoted to the Executive of Franchise Administration, a role in which he continues to excel. With his extensive background and commitment to excellence, Darrell is a key figure in Fleet Clean's ongoing success, bringing innovation and efficiency to the franchise network.
Rigo began his career in the truck washing industry in 2004 as a truck washer, where he quickly demonstrated his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. In 2007, he became the lead on a truck responsible for out-of-town facility work, showcasing his versatility and ability to manage diverse tasks. His dedication and leadership skills led to his promotion in 2018 to Supervisor for Fleet Clean, where he continued to refine operations and customer interactions. By 2021, Rigo advanced to the role of Route Manager, where he further honed his skills in overseeing operations and ensuring quality service. With extensive experience in various aspects of the industry, including hood cleaning, line striping, HVAC, refrigeration and compactor cleaning, and pressure washing, Rigo has developed a deep understanding of the business. His strong communication skills and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service have been instrumental in his success. Rigo's journey with Fleet Clean exemplifies the American Dream, achieved through hard work, dedication, and a keen attention to detail.
